Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote or hybrid roles.
