Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and health score assessments
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance client experience
- Resolve complex client issues with empathy and technical proficiency
- Analyze usage data to drive product adoption and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of meeting retention and upsell targets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts ($50k+ ARR)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
