Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid, accurate resolution.
- Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction scores and build lasting professional relationships.
- Drive Sales: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customer interactions to meet monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions, account details, and issue resolutions accurately into our Salesforce CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support and sales teams to troubleshoot complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Feedback Loop: Compile customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
