Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction while building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide feedback on common customer pain points.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) or willingness to learn.
