Responsibilities
- Process daily client transactions with 99.9% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage client accounts through our proprietary payment portal
- Resolve payment inquiries within 4-hour SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Generate daily reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in financial services or transaction processing
- Proficiency with payment processing software (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities under time constraints
- Experience with daily payroll systems
- Valid Texas state financial services license (or ability to obtain)
