- Process daily payment transactions with 100% accuracy and efficiency
- Manage client accounts and resolve payment inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations
- Train new team members on payment processing systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in payment processing or fintech
- Proficiency with financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
