Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stocking and cycle counting procedures
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
