Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock organization using warehouse management systems
- Process orders efficiently with 99% accuracy for shipment preparation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow optimization
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible shifts including occasional weekends
