Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship daily orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counts weekly
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
