Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex billing, product, and account issues while maintaining high satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvements
- Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-contact environments
