Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment schedules across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and compliance
- Conduct patient assessments and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize treatment protocols
- Train new staff on healthcare compliance standards and clinic procedures
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical coordination experience in a healthcare setting
- Certification in Medical Billing/Coding (CPC or CPC-A) required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington State healthcare provider license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally for medical supply management
