Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following strict quality and safety standards
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations and public areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and attractions preferred
