Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards for customers and staff
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- 6+ months of retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if required for location-specific duties)
