Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer information in our CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Process Adherence: Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and meet company targets.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback to management to help drive product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a work environment.
