Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics and warehouse operations tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels by performing regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to training.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments while maintaining high organization standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure maximum productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for initial hire.
