Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inventory transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards across all operational areas
- Train new team members on standard operating procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Austin facility
