Responsibilities
- Lead daily team operations and task delegation across multiple shifts
- Train and mentor new hourly staff on service standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Implement store policies and maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
- Contribute to weekly performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with management to optimize operational workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team lead experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Austin's local business landscape
