As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining inventory accuracy. Our modern facility offers a safe, climate-controlled workspace with state-of-the-art equipment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Load/unload trucks and organize stock in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
