Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inventory rotation
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the Omaha facility
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
