- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of 20+ shipments daily
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and discrepancy investigations
- Implement process improvements for 15%+ efficiency gains
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
