Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the company's asset inventory database and helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical tickets.
- Conduct regular system updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak periods or system upgrades.
