Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain real-time inventory tracking systems
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS software to ensure 99.5% order accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks within 24 hours
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce processing time by 15% quarterly
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and operational standards
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA Forklift Certification and hazmat handling experience preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including early mornings/weekends as needed)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets expertise with pivot table mastery
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent
