Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily shipping and receiving operations for both Philadelphia and North Carolina branches.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for damages, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art management software.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and clients to resolve logistical issues.
- Assist in organizing warehouse layouts and optimizing storage space.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
