Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are well-presented and appealing to customers.
- Process inventory counts and assist with receiving shipments and stock organization.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift).
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- A valid Texas ID or driver's license is required.
