- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and merchandise movement as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
