Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
