Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and optimize supply chain processes.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work full time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
