Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and compliantly
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
