Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory management and cycle counting with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean workstations
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
