Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and freight movement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification a major plus
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
