Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
