Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks and report equipment maintenance needs
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and 5S workplace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends and overtime
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
