Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and ship products using warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via scanning systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
