Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA guidelines
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
