Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
