Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments in compliance with safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
