Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily pay accountability
