Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and label products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attendance.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
