Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville facility
- Flexible availability including early morning/weekend shifts
