The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within our facility.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including shipping logs and receiving reports, with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
