Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship daily inventory orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
