Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
