Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with scanning systems and cycle counts
- Maintain organized storage areas for optimal workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect products for quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
