Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment after proper certification training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our downtown LA facility
