Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery sites.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management software.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move heavy loads.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Package and label products for shipment using standard procedures and scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in routine equipment maintenance and reporting issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data accurately.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
