Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document transactions and inventory counts using digital systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Team player with excellent communication skills
