Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Pack, label, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Receive, scan, and unload incoming shipments accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
