Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Reliable transportation and punctuality with scheduled shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
