Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments accurately and efficiently using powered equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement lean inventory practices to minimize waste and maximize space
- Uphold strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
