Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
- Support outbound order fulfillment with attention to detail and speed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to punctuality
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability to work weekends during peak seasons
